Master
My name is Martin McBride and I am the current Master of the Oxfordshire Lodge of Provincial Grand Stewards.
I was Initiated into Windle Lodge No. 7152 in the Province of West Lancashire in 1992.
After retiring from the Glass Industry, I moved to West Oxfordshire and joined the Windrush Lodge No. 1703 and Witta’s Island Lodge No. 9359, both in Witney. I have been lucky enough to have had the opportunity go through the Chair of both lodges.
I joined the Oxfordshire Lodge of Installed Masters and have been a member of several companion orders, including the Royal Arch, Mark, Ancient & Accepted Rite, Knights Templar and Knights Templar Priests.
Having been a Provincial Grand Steward in West Lancs, I was delighted to become a Founder member of the Oxfordshire Lodge of Provincial Grand Stewards in 2018. It is an honour to serve as the 4th Worshipful Master of the Lodge and hope to represent the Lodge both in and beyond the Province.
